CultivatED is the professional development (PD) program of Legacy Traditional Schools.
Beginning in 2017, CultivatEd has grown to become our biggest yearly professional development opportunity for teachers
The annual CultivatED Conference is a peer-to-peer professional development day for teachers to upskill grade-level knowledge, and to engage in a full day of breakout sessions aimed at refining the future of teaching and learning at Legacy. The event, held across three Legacy campuses in Arizona and Nevada, stands out as a true thought leadership conference that brings together the best minds from across the network.

CultivatED Live are 60-minute, in-person workshops focused on what’s important to you: relevant content on specific teaching strategies and evidence-based instructional best practices. Live courses provide high-quality content in a format that makes it easy for tenured, new and developing teachers to learn new skills and methods for use in your classroom. Instructors also provide real-time, personalized feedback and support.

Designed for teachers at a time that’s convenient for you. Each month, view a new webinar packed to the brim with ideas you can use right away in the classroom. You’ll also be able to test your knowledge in real-time with corresponding quizzes and support resources to help you take meaningful action after each webinar experience.

Sprints offer a comprehensive six-hour menu of training during the fall and spring intersessions that are designed to provide highly structured, classroom-relevant training. Teachers are provided the tools, resources, templates, and planning outlines needed to put together a plan-of-action for their classroom.

CultivatED Grow is an invitation-only professional development course offering programs and specific action plans designed to enhance teacher proficiency.
