and ask to speak with a member of the Communications Department to discuss the nature of the request.

Please complete all required fields and be as specific as possible when indicating which records you are requesting. Doing so will allow us to process your request in a timely manner.

For those requesting records for commercial purposes, please print your request and submit using the upload form below. Commercial requests require a notarized signature, and requests are subject to provisions in accordance with A.R.S. 39-121.03 (Arizona) and NRS-239 (Nevada).

Legacy Traditional Schools maintains all records reasonably necessary or appropriate for an accurate record of its official activities. Therefore, Legacy Traditional Schools reserves the right to decline a records request if the request requires the creation of a new record.

  • Please include a phone number with the area code in case we need to contact you about your request.
  • Records Being Requested
    The mode of delivery of the records is at the discretion of Legacy Traditional Schools and is contingent on the degree of privacy warranted. Records may be delivered to requesters by email, flash drive, or reviewed by requesters in person.
  • You must specifically identify the records you are requesting. If you know the following information, please include it in your request: title, date of publication, and department.

    • If records are requested for a commercial purpose, Legacy Traditional Schools will calculate the cost for the records in accordance with A.R.S. 39-121.03 (Arizona) and NRS-239 (Nevada). An estimate of the cost for the records will be provided prior to the production of the records. Payment must be received before the records are produced.
