Get ready for next year in Nevada!
In January 2023, your child will receive an Intent to Return form from their teacher that will include instructions for how to re-enroll your child for the 2023-24 school year. Please note that you will need to list each student re-enrolling at Legacy on a separate line on the form. We are asking families to complete the form regardless of whether you plan to return or not.

What if we would like to enroll at another Legacy campus?
If you would like to transfer to a different Legacy campus, you must fill out the Intent to Return form for your current campus to maintain your transfer priority. To transfer to another campus, please complete the new student application here. As a current Legacy family, you will receive priority for transferring your enrollment.
What if my family has decided we don’t want to return?
Even though you are not planning to return, we still need you to complete the Intent to Return form informing us that you’re not returning and what your plans are for the next school year.
When is my child’s enrollment confirmed?
A student’s enrollment is confirmed once the completed Intent to Return form is received. Your campus will send you a confirmation email once they’ve received your completed form.
What if I have more than one student in the school?
All of your students can be included on the same Intent to Return form. If you have more children than space on the form allows, please complete additional forms.
We’re unsure if our family will be staying in the area due to the current pandemic. Should I complete re-enrollment?
Yes! We highly recommend that you complete the Intent to Return form to retain your spot. If your plans change for the next school year, you can contact your campus registrar and inform them of your change of plans.
